Morag & Matt invite you to enjoy Perth's famous Swan Valley and surrounds while relaxing in our comfortable non-smoking family home.
Our accommmodation comprises two well appointed queen sized rooms with their own private bathroom facilities. Each room has its own tea/coffee making facilities, fridge, TV and DVD player.
Guests also have use of the guest lounge, dining room and private courtyard.
Included in the tarriff is a gourmet continental breakfast served in the guest dining room and cooked breakfasts are available for an additional cost. We are happy to cater for some special diets.

The Swan Valley has many varied attractions and we are situated minutes from the many restaurants, cafes, boutique wineries & breweries that abound in the valley.
