Feel like relaxing by the pool, enjoying a hydrotherapy spa or waking to birdsongs? Or perhaps enjoying a sumptuous breakfast under the grape vines in a mediterranean style pergola? Well Falls Retreat B&B in peaceful Lesmurdie offers all this and more, and it's only 1/2 hour from the centre of Perth by car.

Lovely gardens and front water feature in a tranquil nature setting provide the relaxing backdrop to your stay at Falls Retreat.Our comfortable guest suite with all modern facilities will ensure you relax in total privacy. As well as a bedroom and bathroom there is a private lounge whose facilities include a TV/video, sofa bed, kitchenette and split sytem A/C-heating. And just outside the unit is a 5 person hydrotherapy spa for those wanting to relax. All rooms have free broadband wireless internet access as well as dressing gowns & slippers.

Newly opened in October 2008 is our Angel self contained unit with full cooking facilities, private courtyard and 80cm(32inch) flat screen wall mounted television.Breakfast is available at $15 per head extra if required and is served in house or in the pergola only not in the Angel suite.

In the main house 2 comfortable airconditioned guest rooms one with a king sized bed share a bathroom and lounge, again with A/C, heating, TV and video. Tea and coffee is always available and our super cooked breakfast is included in the very reasonable tariff.

Walking trails abound & scenic Lesmurdie Falls is only walking distance away. There's wineries, arts & crafts shops and excellent restaurants just a short drive away. Hosts Jenette & Peter know how to look after their guests. Let us spoil you soon!
