Tom and Mabels is an old Soldier settler cottage built in 1948 after World War II and is set back against a natural bush shade patch.

Situated on O'Neill Road, Tarin Rock on a working sheep/grain farm it is just 12 minutes west of Lake Grace, off the Perth-Esperance Highway.

Lake Grace is home to one of only three Inland Mission Hospitals in Australia, also white Cliffs, Salt Lakes and Wildflowers when in season.

Tom and Mabels is a three bedroom, one bathroom cottage, lounge fully equipped kitchen, TV, DVD Air-conditioning and enclosed yard.
